Hi! I’m Jean Roshan A. Pamplona, an undergraduate psychology student with a strong interest in organization and improving business processes. While I am still in the early stages of my career as a virtual assistant, my internship experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern has provided me with valuable skills that I am eager to apply in this role.

During my internship, I was responsible for managing the hiring process of interns, including conducting interviews with On-the-Job Training applicants and establishing partnerships with schools and universities. This experience helped me sharpen my communication and organizational skills, as I worked directly with candidates and educational institutions. Additionally, I optimized an OJT tracker using Excel, which improved the efficiency and accuracy of our data management process. I am proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, which has allowed me to streamline tasks and maintain organization throughout my work. One of my key responsibilities also involved mail merging certificates for interns upon the completion of their internship program.

This experience has provided me with a solid foundation in administrative tasks, communication, and project management. I am confident that my organizational skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning will make me a valuable asset as a Virtual Assistant.
