My name is Jeannette Nicole Sonio. I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where I made the Dean's List with a major in Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Taking this course was surely expensive. That's why I decided to look for a remote work that will not affect my schedule, and that's where I found Growth Lever in LinkedIn. I've been a Chat Support Representative for a year wherein I am the point of contract and lead for prospects from initial outreach through final partnership with a start up clients or company. Aside from that, closing a deal and fixing the clients appointment schedule with our company's CEO is my top priority.
Throughout my career, I’ve noticed that I’ve always been good in terms of communicating with people, and providing them a better satisfaction.
Currently, I am a Customer Service Representative and I worked as an agent in TTEC. I handle disputes by phone, processing refunds, communicating and provide a better solutions for the customers. Before that, I took a month training and gained a basic knowledge in some admin tasks as I was exposed and taught by my previous team. I also experienced coaching my other teammates under a supervision of a team manager. I achieved an Excellent Customer Satisfaction Score after months of working.
Moving on, I want to develop my career with integrity and with an opportunity for personal development. To create and perform efficiently by offering quality services while utilizing my expertise gained through my years of study, and to help your company improve profitability.
