My job as an encoder is to check all documents provided by client ensuring that it is all correct & complete. And to call potential leads. Making outbound calls to prospective clients in order to create leads and set up sales appointments. Create spreadsheets for qualified customers, where I was able to improve my knowledge of basic computer software such as Excel and Microsoft Word. Contacting potential consumers who have expressed an interest in our products or services.
