Hi! I’m Pearl, and I’ve been in customer support for over years now. I work mainly as a chat support and moderator on online gaming platforms, such as Bingo Village and 888 Holdings. I engage with members, answer questions, help them with their concerns with withdrawals and deposits, and educate them about promotions offered.
I was with VXI Davao, Philippines ( Call Center ) also as an Account Associate 2, where I worked in the retention department. We resolve account cancellations, billing, service issues, process and tracking orders, educate them on their insurance claims and coverage, and some basic troubleshooting with their devices.
I love helping people, solving their problems, and making sure that they are satisfied and feel valued. What makes me a great fit? Not my experience but my passion for helping people. I'm always excited to bring my skills and heart to serve.
