My background includes providing end-to-end technical assistance for video surveillance and access control systems, managing network configurations, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within standards.
In my current role as a Sr. Sales and Product Support Engineer at Radtelcom Technologies Corporation, I handle technical troubleshooting, documentation, and customer coordination—skills that have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities. I also have experience as a Wireline Engineer, where I collaborated with cross-functional departments to maintain network performance and improve database systems.
I’m passionate about technology and project delivery, and I’m currently pursuing the CCNA certification to further enhance my network and IT infrastructure skills. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for video surveillance and
electronic access control system hardware and software issues.
Guide customers through the setup, configuration, and optimization of video
surveillance systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to video surveillance cameras,
network video recorders (NVRs), LAN/WAN, and wireless connections.
Design video surveillance network, electronic access control system, basic
public address system and basic fire detection alarm system.
Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues using
the company’s support ticketing system.
Prepare and present regular reports on common issues, resolutions, and
customer feedback.
Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on the effective
use of products.
Monitors and reviews the company's project activities and ensures projects are
brought to completion within the scheduled period of time and budget
