Please allow me to introduce Jean Regis to your company. Jean came to Johnny Rockets as a young lady in 2008 being hired as a server. Jean learned quickly, wanted to do more, and had an abundance of energy and drive daily which separated her from others. Quickly becoming a trainer Jean helped with numerous high-profile openings in the UAE which helped her become a Shift leader in 2010 and then promoted again to a manager in 2012. Jean was a proven leader without question doing what ever it took to lead her teams and help other units all over the UAE. Jean had a quick wit and always a smile that her guest loved as she was great at building sales, training new team members from the Philippines, Napal and India, providing hospitality, producing great food, and making guest happy. It was my pleasure to promote her to Senior Manager and give her the enormous responsibility of running our Flag Ship unit on Sheik Zayed rd which had fallen on hard times. Jean worked tirelessly to turn the unit around, oversee a complete store remodel, introduce a breakfast program and then on New years eve 2015 set all time one day sales record for any Johnny Rockets in the world which still stands today. I couldn’t recommend anyone stronger than this young lady to join your company in any role as she would not only represent your company in the best way but also help grow it and move it forward.
