I started my career as a call center agent, assisting clients with their health care insurance; this taught me to be flexible and adaptable in any situation.
In addition, I became an administrative staff, providing administrative support to the Engineering Manager and three officers and performing payroll to outsourced employees; this sharpened my ability to quickly, easily, and efficiently pick up any computer application or office file system.
My social media journey kicked off early this year. I set up a Facebook page for the family's business to improve customer service and make it easier for clients to contact us; this boosted our sales, and we sold over 500+ ready-to-wear clothes within three months compared to not having a Facebook page.
And lastly, I am a fangirl, a K-drama enthusiast, and a Pursuer of Dreams.
