Hello! My name is Jeanelle Nichole Braceliño, but sometimes, people call me "Nic" or "Kitty". I've started working as a Customer Service Representative in a call center company and had experience handling customer concerns and payment processes. After a few months, I worked as an Email and Chat Advisor for Spotify. I can say that this job contributed to my skills because I learned how to assist customers simultaneously as well as gaining knowledge in technical troubleshooting which I eventually applied to my current job. Aside from that, I also have basic skills in MS Words and Excel and I'm still learning more about these tools and more.
