Provides administrative services to the Division Chair of the Division of
Management and serves as a bridge to other departments in the college. Prepares and safe-
keep documents, communicates publication materials, and facilitates and provides
administrative services and other clerical and/related administrative support. Responsible for
answering queries of clients either via email or messenger. Monitors FB page of the Division and
creates publication material to be posted online.
Managed the overall operations from setting goals and objectives, to
supervising and ensuring proper implementation of measures to be taken in order to achieve set
targets and objectives; handled critical feedback; as well as monitored, recorded, and safe-keep
reports and other confidential documents; ensured store’s compliance to government rules
and regulations. Trains Assistant Restaurant Managers (ARMs) to become effective managers
and future unit heads. Participate in the conceptualization, planning, organizing and controlling
of company resources in order to not only meet goals effectively but also efficiently.
Managed the overall operations during duty hours and making sure that set
goals and objectives are met in a day to day basis. Supervising and ensuring proper
implementation of procedures to deliver standard products and services to our valued
customers; handled minor to major feedbacks; monitored, recorded, and safe-keep reports and
other confidential documents; provided support to the Restaurant Manager whenever needed.
