From my experience as a Design Supervisor, I had the opportunity to train and mentor newly hired junior engineers on telecom documentation standards—specifically As-Plan creation, ABP, BOQ/BOM preparation, and data validation. I took pride in ensuring they understood the technical requirements and quality expectations for each project. I was also responsible for delegating workloads and setting timelines, which helped the team deliver accurate and on-time outputs for major telecom clients including DITO, Globe, and PLDT.
