I have been working as an ESL teacher for more than five years now. I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Diploma in teaching. Prior to my teaching experience, I worked in a customer service where I developed exceptional service skills during a 2-year tenure as a waitress in a French restaurant in Kuwait. I had a valuable experience as a crew member in McDonald's during college, showcasing adaptability in a fast-paced environment. My cashier expertise gained during a 10-month tenure, handling transactions accurately and ensuring a positive customer experience.
