Additionally, providing valuable support to the inventory team as required, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the process.
Present, promote, and sell tickets for Events using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Helping customers with planning and booking reservations for a hotel. Work with customers to plan out the duration of their stay and then send booking confirmation to guests after processing payments. Helping customers with complaints and questions, modifying or canceling their existing reservations, and addressing their concerns.
Obtaining accurate information regarding previous residence history and current employment. Responsible for internet research to verify certain information. Communicate with customers and applicants via phone and e-mail. Ensure high attention to detail to determine the accuracy of gathered information.
