Hi! I'm Jayvee Anne
Throughout my four years of experience in the call center industry, where I served as both a customer service representative and a trainer within a health insurance account, I have honed my organizational skills and enhanced my communication abilities, particularly in interactions with patients. Additionally, I have acquired familiarity with commonly used medical terminologies.
Furthermore, I expanded my expertise by working as a virtual intake coordinator at a PMD office based in California. In this role, I acted as the initial point of contact for new patients and referrals, ensuring the collection of essential medical records and insurance information prior to appointment scheduling. Managing emails, chats, and phone calls constituted the primary responsibilities of my role as an intake coordinator. Additionally, I handled patient scheduling on providers' calendars, devised routes, and made necessary adjustments. Maintaining up-to-date patient records within the clinic's database was also part of my responsibilities. Moreover, I am proficient in using the Advanced MD EHR system.
