I have a rich experience of almost 8 years working in a BPO industry with a proven competency of dealing with customers from various classes, assisting them with orders, and answering their questions regarding products & services. I am highly motivated by my expertise in problem-solving, analysis, and resolution of customer needs and problems, using advanced resolution procedures. I also have experience in managing a team that ensures that each individual is able to go beyond the required parameters of the business line.
