I've been in a BPO industry for almost 6 years. I had an experience as a Customer Service Representative and handled inbound and outbound calls as well as email and chat support representative.

I’ve been working as a General VA for almost 5 years now. I have knowledge with Social Media Management and have basic WordPress experience. I can use Canva and do basic photo and video editing. I can answer customer's email in a daily basis. I am knowledgeable with Dropshipping and I can process dropshipping orders and add tracking numbers.

I can also research for profitable products from US Major Online retails stores that can be sold to Amazon, eBay or other ecommerce platform. I can list on Amazon and eBay too.
