• Enter data related to guest payments, including credit card transactions, cash payments, and other forms of payment. Reconcile daily transactions with financial reports.
• Maintenance Requests: Input and track maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Operational Data Entry: Enter data related to resort operations, such as inventory levels, staff schedules, and daily reports.
• File Management: Maintain organized electronic and physical files related to guest data and operational records, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
