Being  a  Vaxcert Encoder in Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is a big responsibility and opportunity in my life because it gathers data and information of peoples in our country is a digital certificate or record of vaccination. I  handle personal data responsibly, ensuring it is collected, stored, and processed securely, and only used for legitimate purposes with the individual's consent. Vaxcert often in the form of electronic or digital documents, may be used to verify an individual's vaccination status. These certificates are becoming more relevant in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, as Philippines require proof of vaccination for travel, access to certain venues, or other purposes.

Grades, Modules, Exams and etc. Data Encoder

Making students Grades, Exams, Modules, Item analysis, PowerPoint Presentation for Teaching and Lesson Plan I ensure that the grading system or software I use is secure and password-protected to maintain the confidentiality of students' information. Before encoding any grades, I carefully review the assessments and assignments to verify that the scores are correct. Accuracy is vital in ensuring fair evaluations, promptly record grades after evaluating assignments, quizzes, and exams. Timely entry ensures that students and parents can access their progress regularly.

Also making Item Analysis Gathering Test Data I collect the test results from all students who took the assessment. This data will include the responses for each question. I determine the difficulty level of each question by calculating the percentage of students who answered it correctly. This helps me identify the questions that were too easy or too challenging for the students. It provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of assessments and the overall learning process. Creating Item analysis are great responsibility making sure that you manually encode a right ang accurate Data.
