I am an English teacher for almost 2 years now. I teach Chinese and Japanese students for both kids and adults.As an online teacher, I do marketing about my skills and capabilities, I make graphics to market myself and post them to social media, I know how to brand myself and make a long-lasting engagement to my target audience. As a hobby, I design graphics using canva. I am Creative, Problem Solver, and Tech-Savvy. I am confident that I am the best fit as Social Media Manager. I had a work experience as a SMM in a web developer company. I also worked as a customer service representative in a BPO for 3 years processing sales and refunds to American clients. When I was a CSR, I provide services to American Customers such as placing an order for electronic devices, buying, adding airtime, phone activation, phone reactivation, phone deactivation, checking delayed shipment, checking order statuses, tracking information, and processing refund. Irate and rude customers are very common and normal in the customer service industry and I am used to it. I know exactly how to handle such situations and stay professional. I am patient, polite, and enthusiastic. I am willing to be trained and able to learn easily. I'm used to navigating different platforms in customer service and teaching, I believe and am confident that I could multi-task and adjust to new tools and systems.
