I managed the Facebook page for JDI Bethel No. 33 from 2022 until my departure in July 2024. During this period, I implemented targeted social media strategies that resulted in substantial growth in reach, engagement, and follower base. Below are the key performance metrics and insights from my time managing the page.
Key Achievements (2022 - 2024):
- Reach: Achieved a total reach of 66.3K, consistently engaging the page’s audience without the need for paid ads. The page reached users organically, with content spikes correlating with specific campaigns or events.
- Content Interactions: Garnered 12.8K interactions, with posts receiving likes, comments, and shares, showing that the audience found the content engaging and relevant.
- Follower Growth: Grew the page to 1.6K followers, with 551 new followers joining between July 2022 and July 2024, representing a 267.3% increase.
- Page Visits: Secured 22.9K page visits from users exploring the page content and engaging with it further, indicating strong interest in the organization's activities.
- Link Clicks: Generated 96 link clicks, with calls-to-action driving traffic to external websites or events promoted on the page.
Audience Insights:
- The primary audience consisted of users from the Philippines (92.9%), particularly from Kabacan, Davao City, and Kidapawan, showing the page’s success in reaching the local community.
- There was a fairly even split between men (52.4%) and women (47.6%), with the majority of followers aged 25-34.
Content Strategies Used:
- Regular Content Updates: Created and scheduled content aligned with the organization's goals, focusing on high-engagement posts such as event promotions and community-related content.
- Engagement-Driven Campaigns: Ran successful campaigns during key periods, contributing to peaks in reach and interactions, as visible in the performance data.
- Local Community Targeting: Tailored content to attract and retain followers from specific cities and regions, which resulted in the strong local following that the page developed over time.
Challenges:
- The decline in engagement and reach after July 2024 reflects my departure and the decrease in consistent content posting and management, which had previously driven strong performance.
- Facebook’s analytics only allow for viewing data from 2024, but the results reflect the positive trends established during my time managing the page from 2022 onward.
