I am from a Technical Department, we answer inbound calls from a customer in a timely and friendly manner. Before we come up with proper solutions to them, we will evaluate their problems and complaints of the customer and we will acknowledge their emotions during phone call. Also, we provide assurance to the customer, that we can help them and we will resolve the issue together. From there, understanding the customer's needs and being consistent in communicating with the customers, will help us meet their satisfactions.
