• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including text, photos, and videos, for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaging online community.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all content and interactions maintain the brand's voice, guidelines, and aesthetic across all platforms.
• Set up, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with other company initiatives.
• Identifying and engaging with relevant influencers.
• Conducting market research to understand audience preferences and current trends.
• Prepare cost estimates for projects by analyzing project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the costs of labor, materials, and other resources.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
• Compile lists of all necessary materials and calculate their costs.
• Determine the labor hours, manpower, and associated costs required for the project.
• Collect multiple quotes from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for materials and services.
• Identify and account for potential costs and risks that could impact the project's budget.
• Create detailed cost reports and present them to clients, management, or project teams.
• Work with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates and proposals.
• Compile and record the actual costs of a project as it progresses and compare them to the estimates.
· Ensuring the quality of materials as per project specifications
· Controlling of submittals through respective forms such as, Hand Over forms, Inspection Request forms, Punch Listing forms etc.
· Prepares and submit certificate of completion/acceptance based on the work done
· Ensuring approvals for ongoing activities within stipulated time
· Coordination with the other sub-contractors, general contractor, consultant and client with the ongoing activities
· Implementing the quality procedures to organize the process between general
contractor and consultant
· Reporting to QA/QC Manager or Project-In-Charge for noncompliance of quality norms against project specifications
· Making internal progress report to keep the QA/QC team, PIC and Project Manager updated
· Day-to-day site inspection and supervision
· Attending weekly meetings with co-sub-contractors, general contractor and consultant
· Keeping records of the documents for future reference
· Handling workers during site inspection
