For the past two years, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for a US-based account. Working as a Subject Matter Expert and a customer service representative provides me with a tremendous opportunity to further grow who I am and what I can do now. It molded me into someone who puts in long hours, especially when given a difficult task. It also makes me a strict (but not overly demanding) worker since I want everything to be organized and aligned at all times, and most importantly, I want to make sure we provide excellent customer service and accomplish all jobs on schedule.

I am a simple guy who enjoys checking social media accounts, playing online and mobile games, listening to music, cooking and eating, traveling from time to time, and shooting beautiful images and videos when I am not at work.
