For the past 5 years I worked under a well-known airline and cruise ship as a customer service associate where I developed my genuine interest in connecting with customers. Handling customer information, dealing with people's concerns, setting up appointments, e-mail correspondence, invoicing, and other various tasks were my responsibilities. I am tech savvy and have experience in using Microsoft Office. I have multi-tasking capabilities and always eager to learn. Currently, I am a stay-at-home mother looking forward to find a long-term client so I do not have to be miles away from my family. -Responds to all Guest requests, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide premium Guest service by handling all communications, verbal or written in accordance with the set standards.
Side duties
• Neptune Lounge Concierge – Ensures that Suite Guests receives premium service. Oversees the operation in the Neptune Lounge.
• Shift Coordinator - track all guest issues and ensure they are followed to completion by their owners or, when needed, flagged to the GR Lead for escalation.
• Mariners’ Society Loyalty Program Coordinator / Telephone Concierge - In charge for loyalty program such as tier level upgrades, loyalty reports and Mariners’ Awarding Ceremony organization. Answers phone calls from guests to assist their concerns.
• Celebrations and Gift Order Packages – Oversees Guests celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and honeymoon. Ensures that celebration cards were delivered on time. Prepares the Gift Order Packages letters and the amenities were provided to the guests accordingly. • Telephone Concierge and Maintenance – Answers phone calls from guests and oversees maintenance concerns such as toilet not flushing, air-conditioning, plumbing was being assisted accordingly

Administrator Assistant – To assist the Guest Services Administrator for embarkation and disembarkation preparation
• Provide assistance and related customer services at the counter, gate and baggage areas.
• Duties include servicing customers by performing meet and greet, check-in, aircraft boarding and deplaning, ticketing, baggage service, public announcements, providing connecting flight information and handling of disruptive passengers.
Responsible for answering customer queries and providing accurate and
timely information virtually. This can include addressing product or
service-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with
order placement or tracking, and handling billing or payment inquiries.
- Manages and Promotes the Facebook and Instagram Account
Assist customers in selecting mobile phones and plans that best fit their
needs.
➢ Develop sales presentations and recommend promotional activities
➢ Record sales, prepare orders for delivery or shipment, and contact
customers to arrange delivery times
➢ Calculate sales discounts, total purchases, and receive and process cash
or credit payment.
➢ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Responsible for providing Customer Service support to customers through a variety of channels.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
