This is the raw data of the report, where I can analyze the data by using functions such as vlookups, pivot tables, and charts. The company was able to do decision-making based on the KPI results.
I also have experience in Project Management, wherein I track the progress of each project of the team using Gantt Charts. I believe I can use this skill in Social Media Management by monitoring progress using Trello.
