Hello, I’m Jan Michael, my friends and colleagues call me Mike. I’ve been in the BPO industry for more than five years as a Customer Service Representative. In my field of work, we address concerns understanding their needs providing customer service and offering value added solutions that will drive brand loyalty and advocacy for the company. I’m a goal oriented person, diligent and enthusiastic, a leader and a follower, highly motivated who prioritizes success of the organization. I’m able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
I have experienced working on a team and independently as we face work from home set up. I’m always energetic and eager to learn new skills. I can work in flexible hours, dependable person who is great at time management.
