I have handled social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok pages to create content and to market brands. I gain unique visitors to grow the pages organically. I also turn leads into prospects. I'm fully aware of the latest trends, and I used it to my advantage. I use trends to hook audience , and I engage with them to market my account into a wider scale. I'm familiar with Tools like: CRM Tools, Project Management Tools, Google Docs, Canva, CapCut, and other Virtual Assistant tools. I also have graphic design experience as I edit my own logos and videos. I also enrolled myself to a General Virtual Assistant Courses to further widen my knowledge about being a virtual assistant. Learning more tools, more techniques and strategies to be more efficient. I learn very quickly, and I can get a hang of it if you give me a chance. I'm a perfectionist, I get a little obsessed on details. I can't sleep until I get the job done.
I promote brands and products on Tik-Tok using marketing strategies and creating contents. I strategically create contents, and target my market audience. I track analytics everyday, and find the best way to gain views. I take advantage of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). I'm fully aware of the latest trends which I use to relate it to my audience. I edit my own videos, and I'm knowledgeable on Video Editing and Graphic Design. I often use CapCut to edit my videos, and use special effects and transitions to make my video more engaging. I use Canva to create marketing logos or designs.
I worked in Alorica in a Telecommunications account. I was a chat support with an expertise in Customer Support and SALES. I can work in anytime schedule, and in any environment. I have great communication skills, and can build rapport easily. I'm organized, detail-oriented, have great time management and can work under pressure. I learned a lot in my experience to understand different kinds of customers as I also studied BS Psychology. I used it to my advantage to gain a lot of customer satisfactions, and a lot of sales. I can speak fluent English, and I have a C1 Advance Proficiency. I'm very confident with the skills I learned here, and I'm confident that I can easily adapt to any environment or industry.
As I am a content creator and an entrepreneur, I learn graphic design to create my own logo and to create engaging content posts. I also learned video editing over time as I always create video content and reels. I usually use Canva and Kittle for Graphic Designing. And I use CapCut for Video editing. I'm very creative, and I have unique ideas that's why I like editing images and videos.
I had a business of car/ motor parts and accessories. At first, I use social media to sell and market my products on the marketplace. I created pages, and I use Facebook ads to further have customers. It went well, and I use it in my advantage since It is generating into sales. I grow my page, and turn my leads into prospect. Then I learn about online E-Commerce, and put my business on an e-commerce platform. I handle customers, market my brand, list product, analyze analytics, track shipments, package products, and all.
I'm a call center agent at Teleperformance. I handled a Telecommunications account. I worked there as Technical Support.
I'm very flexible, and I can work under pressure. I know how to handle customer well, and talk to them genuinely. I'm experienced on talking to foreign people, and understand their culture to further understand how to communicate to them. I'm tech, savvy, and a quick learner. I can learn easily in any industry I work.
