Then I decided to upskill and try a higher role, which is in my current position as a Tier 3 Game Admin, where we are ensuring a safe and positive online experience for players. Answering appeals and reviewing them thoroughly to ensure if their penalty is warranted. Evaluate user-generated content (UGC) like text, images, and videos to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and company policies.
Enforcement of Guidelines:
Apply established rules and policies to address violations, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or banning users.
Escalation handling: Providing solutions to escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents.
Report Handling:
Investigate and resolve reports of inappropriate or harmful content submitted by users or identified through automated systems.
Community Safety:
Maintain a safe and positive online environment for players by identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
Involves the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of resources and activities within an organization to achieve its goals efficiently and effectively. It includes overseeing operations, making strategic decisions, managing finances, and leading teams to drive growth and ensure long-term success.
