My career began as a Sports Analyst at TaskUs. Building on that experience, I transitioned to a role at Keywords Studios Manila, where I honed my skills in customer support, providing exceptional service to players across multiple channels.

Then I decided to upskill and try a higher role, which is in my current position as a Tier 3 Game Admin, where we are ensuring a safe and positive online experience for players.
