DATA ENTRY
- Encoding the customer's name and details using a simple, easy-to-use interface such as Google Sheet or MS Office Excel
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
- Tallying the orders of customers and checking the total orders of a customer
- Ensure that all the orders are received and checked
- We track the inventory of all products so we can make sure our stock is always up to date and in great condition. If a product is damaged or dirty, it will show up on the inventory screen
- Print out customer's details for ready shipment of orders, then use a shipping service to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. Then, encoding the tracking numbers of customer in a excel for our copy of record
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / CONTENT CREATOR
- Develops and monitors statistics for site. Identifies aspects of site that need improvement and helps determine what those changes should be
- Manages the time and preparation of the store, including allocating resources to stores, helping customers in need, and adjusting pricing and inventory.
- Make sure to take calls or answer messages as soon as possible. This will ensure that customers get their questions answered quickly, on the first ring, and in a professional manner.
