My associate's degree in computer technology helped me to improve my accuracy and attention to detail. With five years experience as a pharmacy assistant, I developed strong problem-solving skills. In my factory roles, I excelled in handling challenging and complex tasks, enhancing my adaptability. Despite pausing briefly in the BPO industry to care for my ill husband, I furthered my communication and customer service skills during 2-year tenure. Additionally, my brief stint as a claim specialist provided me with specialized knowledge in claims processing. During my time away from formal employment, I expanded my skill set by troubleshooting computer hardware and software, repairing household appliances, fixing cellphones. and welding skill. I also assisted my husband as an electrician, gaining experience in house wiring. One notable project involved overseeing the construction of my aunt's house, where I managed purchasing materials, tracked expenses, and handled worker salaries. I am open-minded and eager for new learning opportunities to further enchance my skills and knowledge.
