Your best partner ever! My name is Janice Mallari, 36-year-old and married with one daughter. I am originally from Pampanga, Philippines but currently residing in British Columbia, Canada. Cooking, singing and dancing are the hobbies that interest me the most and I like doing all these things with my daughter.
My field of expertise is in Retail industry as I’ve been doing this for about 19 years already. I am proud to share with you that during my early year in this field I started as rank and file until such time that I was leveraged to Managerial position. Currently I am still in retail but already here in Canada.
With the ambitious mind, brave heart and good will, I am elated to start my new journey as freelancer. I do believe that I can succeed in this new endeavor because I also embodies the traits of determination, perseverance and dedication. I am knowledgeable in MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and tools such as MS Teams, Google Calendar, Google Meet and Google Sheet. I am still on process of learning new tools to better improve my freelancing skills.

*Ensure balance manpower in the department.
*Direct, guide and manage the team to delivering a results-driven environment.
* Resolves issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
* Assisting in Customer Service. E-commerce and Sports department.
*Strategize on how to hit the monthly sales target.
*Monitors arrival of pending orders and recommends additional requests depending on the needs in the store.
*Checks inventory movement and recommends necessary actions achieving good inventory standing and turnover.
*Examines availability and facilitates transfer of stocks from one store to another when there are customers inquiry and orders that needs to fulfill.
*Does administrative work such as manpower balancing, checking of time entries, making of reports, facilitates documentation of incident violation reports if there's any, ensures accuracy and on time filing for payroll processing.
*Ensures that the standard guidelines in Visual Merchandising are being followed. *Coaches subordinates to keep them motivated, disciplined and with high morale.
*Ensures correct manpower balancing to cover all areas to get the desired sales outcome daily.
*Observes subordinates on their customer service and suggests necessary action to level up or address the gap if there’s any.
*Assists the Selling Manager in managing the department, coordinates concerns with Warehouse Team to ensure smooth sailing transaction following the standard in all aspects.
* Does back-end jobs like FSR management and more administrative work.
*Quality checks the merchandise before displaying in the selling floor.
*Sells items, provides customer service to hit daily sales target.
*Displays merchandise attractively at the selling area.
