Hi! Good day! I am Janice Cristy J. De La Cerna "Jan" for short, 43 years old. I am married with one child. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
I had my very fist employment in a well established retail store here and I was employed for 17 long years. I started being a Sales Person, and was tasked to entertain all customers queries and request from application of orders upto the delivery instructions of the approved orders. By working efficiently, I was also assigned to become the Store Inventory In-charge, in which I have to monitor the in and out of stocks, receiving new deliveries, returning of damaged items and reporting monthly the balanced inventory reports. With my hardwork and dedication, I was promoted to become the Store Operations Manager, in which I was tasked to Administrative Functions, like
1.) Handle the Store Profitability,
2.) Maintain a well balance Financial Statement,
3.) Grow more quality customers,
4.) Productivity of the Staff, by maintaining evaluation
5.) Store Safety and beatification
6.) Achieving the monthly target both Sales and Collection
After my corporate world, I tried to Social Media in which I enjoyed so much contributing a vast improvement on the Page I managed. By doing it honestly and efficiently I delivered a satisfactory results. I am doing all the hardwork for the better future of my family. I love to learn more things in the Technology we are in.
