My name is Janice and I am 34 years old. For the past 14 years, I’ve been working in a different fields I have some background in Marketing, HR-Admin, Customer Service and Content Processing. Throughout my career, I’ve noticed that I’ve always been good with data analyzing/resourcing, content processing, and customer service.

Sending all issues that might harm the client by sending email. Managing the content processing specialist team. Review teams performance and send feedback Conduct meeting and do coaching to team members. Do quality control and collect data/report.
Assure the quality of our natural language processing software and actively track and review user-generated content. When harmful content is detected, I take various courses of action, in accordance to each client’s guidelines. I perform escalation procedures when required and ensure that our customers’ social media properties are kept safe from harmful content at all times.
Do e-mail, ticket and phone support (Inbound and Outbound). As inbound we handling phone activation, billing question, checking order and minimal technical issues For Outbound, I handled cases that was not resolve by inbound calls, I communicate to different company by email or calls to resolve issue, call the customer and give update and create ticket for escalation Assist supervisor in evaluating calls Assist newly hired CSR and guide them in navigating and explaining the process.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
