Hi there, I'm Jan Fabio J. Andan, but you can call me Jan. Prior to becoming a Freelancer/Virtual Assistant, I spent almost five years in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative. My first role was with Awesome OS (BPO) for a logistics company based in California where I was responsible for data entry of shipping containers going to the U.S., tracking and updating those containers, setting schedules and appointments for pick-up at the port, communicating with the dispatch team for the availability of truck drivers, monitoring containers for delivery, and processing billing once delivered.
After that, I worked with Ibex Global Philippines Inc. as a Customer Service Representative for a Telco company based in the U.S. My job was to take calls, answer customers' concerns on their products and services, billings, payments, and do basic troubleshooting if there were any issues with their services.
Throughout my years in the BPO industry, I acquired relevant skills and expertise that allowed me to develop myself. I have a flexible and positive approach to employment and am willing to train to suit my next working environment. I am an organized, efficient, and hardworking person who is open to discovering and accepting new ideas that can be put into practice effectively.

-Take inbound calls
-Answers customer concerns on billing, subscriptions, services and do basic troubleshooting
-Data entry of delivery orders of shipping containers
-Update/ track reports on shipping containers
-Set appointment of dispatch on different ports to get the containers deliver to consignee

-Update client if any problem we may encounter
