Responsible for monitoring fetal heartrate of the pregnant Mother.
Observed and record the strength and timing of contractions.
Prepare instruments and other paraphernalia needed for delivery.
Coach the patient with breathing exercises and pushing.
Assist the doctor when epidural or pain medication administered and when episiotomies are performed.
Assist in latching baby after delivery.
To take responsibility of after care of instruments and equipment's used.
Notify the ward nurse prior to bringing the patient back.
To help tidy the room every after use.
Replenish room stocks after the days schedule.
Accomplish operative records.
Assist co-staff for Post-Operational Medications.
Responsible for the management of surgical procedures during and after minor or major surgery, General Surgery, OB- Gyne, EENT and orthopedic Cases.
Assist Surgeons during the procedure of operation.
Perform scrub and circulating duties.
Actively monitored the patient situation before, during after surgical operation and maintained aseptic techniques.
Maintain count on sponges, needles and instruments.
Assist anesthesiologist during positioning and induction.
Maintain cleanliness, sterility and availability for proper function of the equipment and supplies in the operating room.
Ensures that the specimens were handled properly, followed standard.
Precautions by using personal protective equipment when required.
Provided support and care to the pre and post-operative patients and their families.
Kept records of the patients and their family history and other required documents.
