Responsible for delivering client-focused training to address new hire, product update, and recursive training needs in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best-in-class service and delivery.
In charge of reviewing and editing content on websites, apps, and other digital platforms. Frequently tasked with removing objectionable or inappropriate content, but may also be asked to add new content or update existing content as needed.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves computer software and hardware problems for users. Answers support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users who have questions about software programming, connectivity, printing, and other similar issues.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
