I have the ability to read and understand medical and surgical reports and patient's charts. I am capable of using computer or paper-based data management system. I have good communication skills to confer with doctors, surgeons, etc. I have good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. I have integrity as the medical encoder is privy to confidential medical files of patients and other sensitive data. I am a good thinker, quick learner, focused, and driven. I am an optimistic person and flexible to work in any shift.
