BS - Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management
I graduated from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde with a degree on Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management major in Culinary Arts. I am eager to learn work in an institution that will allow me to practice my skills.
I enjoy cooking and learning new culinary skills. During my on the job training at Intercontinental Hotel, most of my experience is in garde manger, cold prep and soups and sauces. I also enjoy baking and pastry arts. I was also given the opportunity to train in Pebble Beach Resort in Monterey, California. Through my training and work experience, I have learned general restaurant operations and cocktail service as well. My experience here at Starbucks has taught me valuable lessons when it comes to customer connection and customer service. Being able to create their drinks in front of them gives me this thrill that I can’t seem to get enough of.
