Hello, my name is Janelyn, and I'm at the beginning of my journey as a Medical Virtual Assistant. I am from the Philippines and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Laguna Northwestern College for 5 years. After completing my degree, I worked in customer service as Pharmacy Benefit Analyst and Dental Compensation and benefits, and claims.
With a substantial background in the healthcare industry, I possess a solid knowledge of medical terminology, data entry and management and medical billing and coding. My administrative and communication abilities, both written and verbal, are finely honed, enabling me to work with precision, attention to detail, and establishing strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
