Also worked as a Team Leader mentoring 20 associates for Amazon.com (United States) where I have continuously monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring that it is met, and that my team always delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction from March 2020 - January 2024. I strongly believe that the work experiences I've had and the customer service and leadership skills I have learned have made me a competitive individual and leader.
