Coordinates and schedules delivery with the third pary truckings. Prepares quotation of client and Purchase order of our purchaser accurately. Handles billing process including the creation of vouchers and weekly cheque printing. Consolidate and monitors BIR Form 2307 from clients and encode in Excel. Maintains accurate records by encoding and filing of softcopy and hardcopy such as delivery schedules, vouchers report slips, and transmittal forms.
