I worked as a customer service representative in the BPO industry for 3 years as a customer service representative. I have experience handling incoming and outgoing calls for a telecom company based in Canada and United States.

My first company caters customers based in United States. I was able to experience account management, sales, order management and even technical support.

I have worked as a retention specialist for my second company based in Canada. In this company, we are responsible handling customers that have inquiries and problems with their subscription. We analyze the problem and provide loyalty offers to reduce attrition.
