I am James Patrick Beltran, 28 years old, a professional enthusiastically stepping into the virtual assistance industry. While I’m relatively new to this field, I bring a strong sense of curiosity and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning.
I have over two years of experience in engineering field as a site engineer handling over-all site supervision, activities, coordination, documentation and various office works. I then shifted career to BPO industry and have over a year of experience in customer service representative roles from a Telco & Healthcare Accounts. Additionally, I have five months of experience in freelancing from various LLI projects as an ads quality rater and auditor.
Having an experience working both in the engineering and customer service industry, I can confidently say that I am well-versed, very well-oriented, have a good attention to details and highly-organized. I can also work both with a team and on my own. And as I continue to develop my skills, I’m excited to explore opportunities that will allow me to grow further and evolve in my career.
