Recruitment - Conducts end-to-end recruitment up to deployment. Coordinates and schedules appointments for interviews (online or face-to-face) with the department heads and project managers.
Training - Facilitates company orientation for newly hired employees. Conducts and assists in training sessions and seminars approved by management.
Compensation and Benefits – handle and oversee government-mandated benefits such as (SSS, HDMF, and PHIC), and company-initiated benefits such as (leave credits, uniforms, HMO & health services, insurance providers, company and bank loans).
Employee Relations – Prepare memos such as (inter-office memos, notice to explain, conferences and decisions, incident and accident reports, return to work notices, and AWOL notices). Provide support and assistance in all company activities, and programs.
Employee Separation - Facilitates exit interviews, clearances, and final pay computation. Prepare and submit separation reports to DOLE.
Legal Concerns - Attend hearings at DOLE and NLRC for cases related to employee labor concerns.
201 File Management and UBIAS system - Assist and monitor 201 files and the UBIAS HR portal system.
Other functions - I also assist with various administrative functions, including requisitioning office supplies, handling PCF funds, preparing the organization chart for ISO audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
I do telemarketing, and sales marketing, and deal with prospective and valued clients. Attend sales meetings and seminars.

Timekeeping, Compensation, and Benefits - Prepare and facilitate the timekeeping process using a biometric system and the payroll portal. Handled government-mandated benefits such as (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and BIR), and company-initiated benefits such as (IDs, leaves credits, uniforms, healthcare benefits, educational assistance, etc.).
Employee Relations - Prepare inter-office memos, incident and accident reports, notices, etc.). Attend labor-related cases to DOLE and NLRC. Also handled and facilitated the processing of regularization, contract renewals, undertakings, promotions, transfers, and performance evaluations for both teaching and non-teaching staff.

Other functions - 201 File Management; prepare and check issuance of uniforms, assist in some training such as semi-annual training for newly regularized employees and general orientation program for the new hire employee as well. I also assisted in some company programs and events such as Annual Physical Exam, Handog Edukasyon, Araw Awards, and etc).
I was under the Billing and Collection Department. My responsibility includes: updating and preparing monthly reports for TRIPS Reservations System (travel and tours), the clients are usually from United States of America. I was also able to handle their special accounts like United Digital Solutions – I placed, prepare invoice, update and monitor/track orders such as ink, toners, cartridges, printers, etc. from various suppliers.
I was under the Sales and Marketing department. I do telemarketing and deal with prospective and valued clients. I handle corporate accounts for General Santos and Davao City.
