I’m a former Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry as my full-time job for 2 years. I am handling a large amount of inbound and outbound calls. I was also assigned to respond to all clients in chats and emails. However, I filed a resignation from that company due that all employees will work on site. Unfortunately, at that time I am the only one caring for my son. I searched for another line of jobs where I could work at home. I found out that freelancing is one that can solve my problem. I search about to become a freelancer. I studied a short course as Social Media Manager. I pursue that to increase my knowledge and skills. I learned new things such as content planning, editing videos, data analysis, and so on and so forth.
