Hi, my name is Jameica Joyce Simangan, you can call me Jam for short. I am a Certified NC II Caregiver and I do have experienced in providing care for elderly. Also, I do have a background of managing social media accounts for my sister's businesses. I consider myself a responsible and orderly person. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and I always strive to ensure my clients feel respected and valued. I'm always looking for new ways to grow and learn.

(1) Created my own account and boosting my organic followers- In this phase, I am engaging with different content creators and asking about their strategies and recommendation for me to have different contents .
(2) I search and shoot my own content videos-I process my samples shoots using different editing software. Also, if devices encounter problems, I troubleshoot.
When I graduated my caregiving course we are required to do an On-The-Job training.
(1) In this phase, I provide service by engaging with the patients and asking about their needs. Then, I check their requisition forms and prepare the materials needed. In this phase, I prepare everything from their bath materials and cook food that specific to their likes.
(2) I note the patient's request, analyze them, and write them in my notes and our overall Information System for our patients record everyday.
