I worked for the BPO industry in several capacities, including Customer Service Associate (Chat, Phone, and Email Support). My background in BPO has allowed me to adapt to a variety of work environments and management styles. I decided to change careers to pursue my passion of being a Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, Data Entry Specialist, and Professional Virtual Assistant who can work independently.
