In this role, I not only oversaw in-store customer satisfaction but also managed the store’s official page, created content, implemented marketing strategies, and engaged with customers daily. This experience allowed me to build strong skills in leadership, digital marketing, team training, and operational management. It also sharpened my ability to solve problems quickly and ensure smooth business operations, skills I now bring to my clients in the digital space.
