With over 5 years of experience in administrative assistance and client services, I have honed my skills in process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem-solving. I take pride in performing tasks to a high standard and developing and improving team trackers for future reference. My proficiency in maintaining accurate client accounts, responding to emails, managing calendars, and monitoring action plans with precision and attention to detail has consistently earned positive feedback from my clients and colleagues.
