Hi, I’m Jaira Guillermo — a creative soul with a passion for design, storytelling, and business. Currently, I’m working full-time at TaskUs, where I’ve been part of the billing LOB for almost a year. Alongside my corporate role, I actively pursue my creative passions through freelance graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
I discovered my love for digital design through platforms like Canva, and I've been editing videos and graphics since 2021. One of the highlights of my creative journey was working on numerous fan projects for K-pop idols from 2021 to 2023, where I honed my editing skills and developed an eye for aesthetics and engaging visual content.
Although I initially pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and reached my 3rd year, I eventually realized that my heart belongs in the world of creativity and entrepreneurship.
Outside my day job, I run small buy-and-sell gadget ventures, offer commission-based design services, and stay actively involved in social media trends.
I believe in balancing creativity with hustle, and I’m always open to opportunities where I can help bring ideas to life through visuals, motion, or strategy.

I was responsible for designing and editing Canva graphics for Kepler Hikaru, including quote cards, announcements, and promotional content specifically for Twitter. I ensured all visuals followed brand guidelines and maintained a consistent aesthetic. I organized design files and templates in Google Drive and occasionally assisted in creating simple lead magnets and PDF guides. I followed the content schedule closely, met deadlines, and provided quick revisions while maintaining high visual quality.
