With my more than 7 years of experience working in a commercial retail and BPO industry, I gained a wide range of knowledge and skills which includes but not limited to Customer Service Skills, Admin Task, Typing and Basic Computer Skills like Excel and MS Word, Data Entry, and many more.

I have voluntarily attended Training in Virtual Assistant Course for Medical Healthcare to diversify my skills and expertise to whatever job I am applying for.
